Flexible Magnet is a form of ferrite magnets, combine plastic or rubber with ferrite magnet power. The manufacturing process involves injection molding, extruding and calendaring. This material can be bent, twisted, coiled, cut or be machined into almost any shape. And also can be laminated with vinyl, double sided tape, PP. It’s low cost, flexibility and machinability attract the customer, but the weakness are weak magnetism and low working temperatures.
